Product Information

Age Craft Manufacturing's flat pan or marquee style patio cover is made from interlocking pans. The shape of the pans give the understructure a finished look. This style awning has a slight slope (1/4" to 1/2" per foot) and a built in gutter system for easy drainage. The strength of the structure is superior to our other styles.


Snow load on this awning surpasses BOCA requirements in 99% of the US with a 60lbs/sq ft. rating.

How To Measure AC4000

  • Width - Length along the house or building in multiples of 8" only. Extend awning 4" to 6" over pad on either side.
  • Projection - The length or distance the awning extends from the building. Extend awning over the front edge of the pad by 4" to 6".


Care and Maintenance:

Mild soap and water cleaning and periodic waxing with any liquid car wax will keep your railing and columns looking like new for years to come. Use of rock salt or similar corrosives on or around flanges will cause paint failure and voids the warranty.
